Milton Fireplaces was established in 1989 on an idea. We knew that our skills would provide stunning fireplace mantels and installations. But we also saw that our customers didn’t just want good looks and comfort but wanted simplicity too. Too many home renovation projects are complicated by overlapping contractors and conflicting processes. Our customers needed someone to look after them holistically; with their best interests in mind. As a result, we took the complexity out of the process and save our customers’ money along the way.
Milton Fireplaces is not a big-box retailer or a Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) store. We are a complete custom fireplace finishing company. Our custom mark “Melwood Mantels” finishing is not just a brand, but a wholly owned Millwork and Cabinetry company with its own facility in Kitchener. Milton Fireplaces and Melwood Mantels represent the finest in Canadian craftsmanship and carry only select brands such as Regency and Kingsman Fireplace products.
We specialize in simplifying the process: consulting, designing, building, finishing and installing your fireplace project. Throughout, we view our customers as part of the family and share the benefits of our experience with you. Our family continues to grow, with now three generations on hand-on daily to welcome you.
